1. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (usually 20-50% of the total tour cost) is required to secure the booking.
  • The full payment must be completed before the tour starts, typically 15-30 days prior to departure.
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash (depending on the tour operator).

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by the Traveler:

    • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus admin fees).
    • 15-30 days before departure: Partial refund (50-80% depending on the operator).
    • 7-14 days before departure: 30-50% refund.
    • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
  • Cancellation by the Tour Operator:

    • If the tour is canceled due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling is usually offered.
    • If the tour does not meet the minimum number of participants, the operator may cancel and refund fully.
  • Refund Process:

    • Refunds typically take 5-14 business days to process.
    • Some payments may be non-refundable (e.g., flight tickets, hotel deposits).
